All immigration diagnostics lab tests require a test order from a USCIS designated civil surgeon. Please bring your test order with you to your appointment.

For All Other Diagnostic Lab Tests

All diagnostics lab tests require an order from a doctor or healthcare provider.
​If you cannot make an appointment to see your doctor, or you do not have one, Progressive Diagnostics offers convenient telehealth sessions through Virtual Walk-in Center. Virtual Walk-in Center is a third-party service, provided by In-House Care LLC, and is not affiliated with Progressive Diagnostics.

These convenient primary care sessions are often covered by most health insurance plans. Details on how to book a telehealth appointment with Virtual Walk-in Center are included in your appointment confirmation email. ​

If you already have a paper order from your doctor or healthcare provider:
